Refunds, Returns, Cancellations, and Exchanges: Due to the hygienic nature of our nail sets, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. We pride ourselves in making sure what the customer sees is what the customer gets in their order. We want every customer to be satisfied and will be happy to find a solution should you find an issue with your order. Please contact us immediately and we will be happy to re-ship (if the product is available). Irreplaceable products get refunds via original payment or store credit.
Refunds cannot be provided for shipping issues once a tracking number has been sent to the customer.
If you need to cancel your order, you may do so with no penalty before the order ships. You can request a cancellation responding to your order confirmation email. If the item is already sent, unfortunately that will conclude your transaction.
Shipping: We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of you placing the order using USPS or USPS depending on your location and fastest available service. Typical delivery time frame is between 3 to 6 business days, however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.
Please keep in mind that during the holidays, this time may vary.
We are NOT responsible for any stolen or lost packages once it has left our fulfillment and a tracking number has been sent. No refunds will be issued for lost or stolen packages.
