Vending Machine Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy
All orders must be picked up within 3 days of ordering. Refunds will not be issued for orders not picked up, only credit will be issued. Vending machine returns are not accepted. Refunds are only issued via credit are given on a case-by-case basis. For press-on nail brands outside of ours, please contact the vendor directly. For NailPharm® brand products or if you are unable to reach a resolution with the vendor, please contact us at support@nailpharm.com. Vending machine exchanges are not accepted.
When is the vending machine open?
Our vending machine operates in accordance with Sugarloaf Mills Mall hours. Monday - Thursday: 10AM - 8PM Friday & Saturday: 10AM - 9PM Sunday: 10AM - 7PM. Note: The mall opens one hour earlier for mall walkers and employees, during which the vending machine is accessible if needed.
What payments are accepted at the machine?
We gladly accept cash, credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay. Please note that our vending machine does not issue change in bills or coins. To utilize payment methods like Zip, Afterpay, and Cash App - place your order online for convenient pick-up at the vending machine.
I did not pick up my items, what should I do?
Online orders are held for 3 days from your order date. If you do not pickup your order within those 3 days, credit will be issued. Refunds cannot be issued for orders not picked up.
I experienced an issue with my products at the vending machine, what should I do?
For any vending issues, please first attempt to contact us using the Ring doorbell located on the machine. If you receive no response, you can contact us via text at 404-445-6738 or support@nailpharm.com
